Babble Clash

3 rounds • fast matches • play a friend

Word battles, but faster.

Babble Clash is a quick 3-round word game. Build a 3–6 letter word using both required tiles. Score from letter values, snag a +2 bonus for 6-letter words, and outplay your friends with the same letters.

Tip: for the best iMessage preview, upload a /og.png (1200×630) and set og:url + og:image in the head.

Same letters, fair fight

Both players solve the same rack each round so the match is about skill, not luck.

Quick rounds

Three rounds per match keeps it tight. Perfect for a quick break (or a rematch).

Strategy options

Shuffle, Recall, and a once-per-round Replace (-1 point) add just enough strategy.

FAQ

Quick answers to the rules and how matches work in Babble Clash.

How does scoring work?

Your score for a round is the sum of the point values on the tiles you used to build your word. Each letter has a value (like classic word games). Your total score is the sum of all round scores.

How many rounds are in a game?

A match is 3 rounds. Each round you’ll get a new set of tiles and a new challenge. After round 3, the game shows your total score (and results in Play a Friend mode).

What does “Replace” do, and what’s the penalty?

Replace lets you swap one non-required rack tile for a new random tile. You can use Replace once per round, and it costs -1 point immediately.

Do I get bonus points for a 6-letter word?

Yes. If you fill the board with a 6-letter word, you earn a +2 bonus on that round. (Your round score becomes letter values + 2.)

How does “Play a Friend” work?

In Play a Friend mode, both players get the same tiles each round so it’s a fair battle. One player starts the match, plays round 1, then sends a link via text. The other player plays using the same letters and sends the link back. This continues through all 3 rounds, then both players see the final results and winner.
